In the past 4 years I have found Anthony and his team to be very responsive to my company's technology needs. While he has fixed what has become broken the biggest value he brings to my company is helping us be pro-active to potential issues. For example most people know they should have a back up system in place. However, the systems require constant follow up to implement. When I moved my title company to a new location, I knew the nightmare that was about to happen. Wiring 12 workstations, setting up a new server and upgrading the all the software. Pro Computer Services started work once my office closed and worked throughout the night. By the wee hours of the morning, they had completed everything. When I arrived at my office the next day, they were already waiting for me to make sure there were no glitches. (THERE WERE NONE) Since then I have had several small problems and when they occur Pro Computer Services dial into my network, and fix it remotely. As a happy client of Pro Computer Service, I wanted to take a few minutes of your time to let you know how pleased we are to have your company service our home computers.

Over the past 3 1/2 years when ever we have had a problem your company has sent one of your highly trained techs out to our home. Our problems have always been resolved in a timely and professional manner.

This past week we had a laptop that was underwarranty with the manufacturer and I wanted to share with you my unfortunate expereince. I was to have the on-site tech come to my home on Tuesday, so I waited patiently to find a phone call instead of the tech at my door at the designated time I was given. He told me
he didn't have the part. We rescheduled for the following day, to receive and another phone call "I have car trouble" maybe someone else can come today , but I doubt it" . So, I patiently asked for a tech to come that afternoon, well instead I recieved another phonce call to rescedule for the next day!!! So, by now I have stayed at home waiting and hoping someone was coming.......to no avail. After three days of waiting my call finally answered. Three days of waiting and waiting for the on site tech to come.

Your company has ALWAYS given our family the best computer service in the industry! If my computer wasn't under warranty I know you would have had this fixed in no time. Pro Computer Service offers the finest service in our area. You have always treated us as if we were a business customer, not just a home computer client!
